Pickup and Return Time
Pickup Time: 4:00 PM
Return Time: 12:00 PM
Pickup and return are both by appointment at our storage facility in La Habra, CA. If you need to pickup the trailer at a time other than 4:00 PM, or if you need to return it at a time other than 12:00 PM, please inform us during the booking process.
Other Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Tow-vehicle must be equipped with electronic brake controller and be rated to tow at least 7,995 pounds.
- No smoking or vaping allowed in the trailer. If the trailer is returned smelling of smoke or vape, a $200 cleaning fee will be assessed.
- No pets allowed.
- Pickup time is 4:00 PM on day of rental. Return time is 12:00 PM on day of return. Exceptions *must* be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations
- Renters are entitled to a 90% refund for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date.
- Renters are entitled to a 50% refund for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date.
- Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.
